
Dr. Andrew Lodge, a congenital heart surgeon, was born in Trenton, NJ. He graduated with High Distinction from the University of Virginia’s Echols Scholar Program and earned his medical degree from Duke University. His training included a fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Dr. Lodge practiced at Duke University Medical Center, focusing on congenital heart surgery, heart transplantation, and ventricular assist devices. He held leadership positions in thoracic surgical associations and received the Duke University Presidential Award for his patient care. He has participated in international medical missions, providing cardiac surgery to children in need. Currently, his focus is on heart and lung transplantation. He resides in Dallas, TX.
